How to Access cPanel FTP Manager 

I have orderd deluxe cpanel hosting from the-online.com last week. I was busy and so could not use it. I want to migrate my site from hostinger cpanel to the-online.com cpanel. I can't find the location or icon related to ftp manager. I just need to upload files to the-online.com cpanel ftp manager quickly. Though I've winscp installed on my windows pc, I find in-built ftp manager bit easy for using. There should be an icon samewhen on the main cp dashboard.
